Tonight I wasn’t in the mood to make an extravagant dinner, so I settled for something extremely easy… Chicken & Rice Casserole with 4 ingredients: chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup & water.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray pam on the bottom of a 13 x 7 baking dish.
- Pour 1 box of Rice with the seasoning onto bottom of dish. (You can also use 1 cup plain white rice)
- Place 3-4 chicken breasts onto rice. (I used 8 small chicken tenders.)
- Mix 1 cup water with one can of Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup and then pour over chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour.
